Getting Started with HubCommerce
Setting up your store on HubCommerce is quick and straightforward. Follow this guide to go from zero to your first sale in under 15 minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit hubcommerce.co/auth/signup
- Enter your business details
- Verify your email address
Step 2: Choose Your Plan
- Free Trial — 14 days to explore all starter features
- Starter Plans — From KES 768/mo for POS-Only to KES 4,145/mo for Combined
- Premium Plans — Full delivery network + marketplace listing
Step 3: Add Your Products
Navigate to Dashboard → Products → Add Product:
- Upload high-quality photos
- Set pricing (in your local currency)
- Configure inventory tracking
- Add categories and tags
Step 4: Set Up ConnectPOS (Optional)
If you have a physical store:
- Go to Dashboard → POS
- ConnectPOS works offline — no internet needed for sales
- Sync automatically when you're back online
Step 5: Configure Payments
- M-Pesa — Direct mobile money payments
- Cash — Record cash sales for accurate tracking
- Card payments — Available on Premium plans
