1. Who Fulfills Your Order

Orders placed on HubCommerce are fulfilled and shipped directly by the vendor you purchased from, not by HubCommerce. Each vendor is responsible for packaging and getting your order to you.

2. Available Delivery Methods

Two delivery methods are currently available at checkout:

• Vendor self-delivery: the vendor delivers the order themselves. The delivery fee is set by the vendor and shown at checkout.
• In-store pickup: you collect the order directly from the vendor's premises.

3. Coming Soon

Courier-network delivery and third-party pickup-station delivery are not yet available on HubCommerce.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are set and communicated by the individual vendor for each order, since the vendor handles fulfillment directly.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track the status of your order from your dashboard. For questions about delivery timing, please contact the vendor directly through your order page.
